JK Government has asked all the administrative secretaries to conduct the verification of service records of all those employees whose salaries have been withheld since the rolling out of JKHRMS for want of their initial appointment orders.
In order to establish the genuineness of appointment of these employees, the folowing list of supporting documents, though not exhaustive, are critical in support of the claim of the employee in whose case Initial Appointment order is not available;
a)Authenticated first page of service book indicating relevant entries regarding initial appointment.
b) Recommendation of SSB/PSC etc. (in case of direct recruitment).
c) Entries in muster roll or in allied record regarding payment of wages before regularization (in case of regularization of contractual/daily- wager/ad-hoc etc.)
d) Reference of appointment in record. (e.g. DPC minutes/Quasi permanent order/notified seniority etc.)
e) Entries regarding initial appointment ni Pay Acquaintance Roll/Allied record.
f) Reference of Archives Department/Govt. Gazette.
g) Any other document.
Accordingly, it has requested that the requisite information as per the enclosed format alongwith the connected documents as listed above and recommendation of the Administrative Department regarding genuineness of the claims of the employees regarding regular appointment and continuous unblemished public service may be furnished to this department, within fortnight positively for placing the cases before the committee constituted vide Government Order No. 863-JK(GAD) of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 for consideration.
