Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Commission (JKPSC) has released the selection list for the posts of chief librarian in the department of culture today. The selection list can be downloaded from the official website of JKPSC at jkpsc.nic.in.

The selection list for the posts of Chief librarian posts advertised in 2021 vide notification no 10-PSC(DR-P) of 2021 has been published today.
The commission had advertised a total of two posts and in response to the advertisement, a total of 119 applications had been received.
The test for the posts was conducted on 04/05/2023 in which a total of 69 candidates had appeared. The viva voce for the posts was conducted on 24/08/2023.
Based upon the overall performance in the test and viva-voce, the commission published a provisional selection list. In the list, Mr. Asif Mohammad Khan has been shown selected in OM, and Mr. Masood Sultan lone has been shown as selected in RBA category.
The selection list of the candidates is purely provisional, and any objections in this regard shall be submitted to the commission within five days.
