JKBOPEE Second Round of Counselling For Admission in Post Basic BSC Nursing Course 2023: JK Board of Professional Entrance Exams (BOPEE) is going to conduct second round of counselling for admission in Post Basic Nursing Course on 25 October, 2023. The notification in this regard can be downloaded by visiting the official website of the JKBOPEE at jkbopee.gov.in.
It is pertinent to mention here that the board had released the selection list of candidates for admission to Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course-2023 on 02 September, 2023. But all the selected candidates have not enrolled themselves in their respective colleges and consequently, the board has received the shortfall from concerned colleges against the said selection list.
To fill up the vacant seats arising due to shortfall, the board has decided to conduct a fresh round of counselling on 25 October, 2023, and it has lowered the threshold from 30 marks to 20 marks for this very round of counselling.
In this regard, all such candidates who have obtained upto 20 Marks in the Entrance Exam, are informed to appear in the second round of counselling. the counselling will be held simultaneously at Srinagar Office as well as Jammu Office of BOPEE.

The candidates who have obtained up to 20 marks in the common Entrance Test are eligible to appear in the counselling round. Th board has updated the ranks of the candidates, and the candidates can check their eligibility from the table below;

JKBOPEE Second Round of Counselling For Admission in Post Basic BSC Nursing, Important Instructions
The eligible candidates aspiring to participate in the second round of counselling are directed to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu / Srinagar for Registration/Attendance & fulfillment of other formalities, from 08.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on the day/date of counseling.
In addition, they are directed to bring the following documents along with themselves on the date of counselling;
- Domicile Certificate
- Final Year GNM Marks card/ Diploma
- Registration Certificate from JK Paramedical council
- 12th Class Marks Card.
